Abstract

Ce document est le rapport final du projet 2-PAC (Production & Performance de l'Activité de Conciliation civile en France), accepté par le GIP Institut des Etudes et de la Recherche sur le Droit et la Justice le 29 juillet 2020. La recherche vise à affiner la connaissance et la compréhension de la réalité de la conciliation civile en France, en mobilisant une approche pluridisciplinaire combinant des méthodologies quantitatives, qualitatives et expérimentales. Le rapport 2-PAC s'inscrit dans le contexte des propositions pour améliorer le fonctionnement de la Justice énoncées dans le Rapport sur les MARD de l'Inspection générale de la justice de 20151 . Le rapport 2-PAC formule donc des propositions opérationnelles en vue d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'activité de conciliation. Son contenu scientifique a fait l'objet de plusieurs valorisations passées et à venir, prenant la forme de présentations dans des colloques scientifiques et dans des journées d'étude, et de publications d'articles et d'ouvrages.
