Abstract

La fonction de production des hôpitaux est un sujet d'étude majeur dans le domaine de l'économie de la santé. Elle décrit la manière dont les hôpitaux produisent des services de soins de santé en utilisant différents inputs, tels que le personnel médical, les équipements médicaux et les technologies. L'objectif de cette fonction est d'optimiser la production de services de soins de santé pour les patients, en minimisant les coûts et en maximisant la qualité. L'analyse de la fonction de production des hôpitaux est importante pour les responsables de la santé publique, les gestionnaires d'hôpitaux et les responsables politiques, car elle peut aider à comprendre comment les décisions concernant les ressources et les politiques peuvent influencer la qualité et l'efficacité des soins de santé. En outre, cette analyse peut également aider à identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour maximiser la production de soins de santé pour les patients.
