Abstract

Le développement des marchés financiers et de l'activité bancaire couplé avec le renforcement de la réglementation bancaire a largement affecté la nouvelle structure du financement extérieur des pays émergents. En effet, les marchés financiers influencent le comportement des banques internationales dans le contexte du renforcement réglementaire qui implique un resserrement du volume des flux bancaires et une diminution de la maturité de ces flux. Les résultats empiriques, pour 37 pays émergents, confirment que les marchés financiers influencent différemment le volume et la structure par terme des flux bancaires des pays développés vers les pays émergents selon le contexte réglementaire.
