Abstract

Le déficit chronique des JO des villes hôtes permet de chercher les facteurs clés de succès du management événementiel à dimension mondiale. L'absence d'une discipline, d'un modèle budgétaire et d'une régulation des risques entre l'attribution et la réalisation du projet, accentuent l'exposition aux risques liés à l'asymétrie informationnelle entre les agents. L'étude granulométrique des dépenses montre que ces ressources rares ont un comportement lié davantage à l'activité qu'à la ressource qui nécessite une ingénierie responsable des coûts. La certification des comptes des JO est une piste vers une gestion performante des Jeux mondiaux.
