Abstract

Dans cette note, nous défendons l'idée que la pandémie du Covid-19, au-delà des drames humains qu'elle charrie, est un coup de semonce et, par là même, une occasion à saisir pour rendre nos sociétés plus résilientes face aux chocs à venir et engager véritablement leur reconversion écologique. Ce confinement, cette mise sous cloche de nos économies nous prouvent que des choix radicaux peuvent être faits quand l'urgence est perçue et que les vies humaines sont menacées. L'État devra, à l'issue de cette crise sanitaire, renouer avec ses fonctions anticipatrices et planificatrices pour mettre le cap sur la réorientation de nos systèmes économiques, financiers et sociaux à une échelle temporelle dépassant celle des cycles électoraux.
