Abstract

DEVCOOP (« Développer les coopératives d'habitat dans le Grand Genève. Une réponse à la crise du logement ») est une recherche-action portée par le Centre de recherche en droit Antoine Favre de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc et l'Institut de gouvernance de l'environnement et développement territorial de l'Université de Genève dans le cadre du programme Interreg V France-Suisse. S'attachant à impulser une dynamique transfrontalière, à la fois académique et opérationnelle, propre à contribuer à l'essor d'une nouvelle filière de logement, le projet a servi de plateforme de capitalisation des expériences franco-suisses, d'apprentissage mutuel à partir des instruments d'aménagement du territoire et du logement dont dispose chacun de ces deux pays. Il en est résulté une série d'enquêtes, d'ateliers, d'appels à idées, de réalisations opérationnelles, mais aussi d'expositions et de films dont ce rapport final rend compte.
