Abstract

Les données françaises sur les signes officiels de qualité et d'origine (SIQO) restent rares, malgré la croissance de ces produits sur le territoire ces dernières années et le succès de l'exportation de la politique française de la qualité au niveau mondial . L'US ODR (INRAE) a construit une base de données ayant pour objectif l'identification et la localisation géographique des opérateurs habilités à intervenir dans la production et la commercialisation de produits sous SIQO (AOP, IGP, Labels Rouges et STG). Enrichie des informations sur la nature des activités des opérateurs pour chaque produit, cette base est issue du traitement par l'ODR des listes d'opérateurs habilités établies par les différents organismes de certification et de contrôle et collectées par l'INAO, et s'appuie sur les bases de données sur les produits sous SIQO de l'INAO.
