Abstract

Cette étude a été réalisée dans le cadre d'une enquête lancée par l'Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin (OIV) auprès d'experts de la filière, à la suite de la pandémie de coronavirus survenue en début d'année 2020. Elle s'appuie principalement sur les interviews des représentants de diverses organisations professionnelles viticoles [Tableau 1, p 8], effectuées entre mai et juillet 2020, et a été complétée par des recherches bibliographiques dans la presse spécialisée et généraliste durant la même période. Analysant les différentes conséquences du confinement sanitaire, cette étude met en lumière la façon dont ont été touchés les acteurs de la filière, selon le type d'entreprise, leur position au sein de la filière et les problématiques qui pouvaient les concerner avant la crise, comme la mise en place de nouvelles mesures tarifaires sur les exportations de vins aux USA ("taxe Trump") ou la crise latente dans certaines régions viticoles.
