Abstract

Notre objectif de contribution à l'élaboration des scénarios énergétiques à long terme s'appuie sur un mode de représentation graphique global et un cadre d'analyse des évolutions énergétiques propres que nous développons en trois temps : 1. la nature de l'analyse nécessite l'usage de séries statistiques filtrées et non brutes afin de ne conserver que les tendances de long terme. 2. toute évolution doit être analysée en tenant compte de ses trois dimensions : valeur absolue, sens des variations et vitesse des variations. La vitesse des variations, que nous appelons «dynamique», fait référence aux phases d'accélération / décélération. Nous utilisons la représentation en phase en complément graphique au calcul de la dynamique. Au-delà du simple usage graphique, cette représentation intègre la dimension économique du développement d'une énergie en synthétisant et illustrant le degré de tension entre offre et demande. 3. l'analyse des énergies primaires impose de prendre en compte simultanément quantité (consommation) et part de marché. Nous adoptons une représentation graphique, dite fic, consistant à croiser les historiques des consommations et des parts de marché d'une énergie primaire donnée, sur une échelle logarithmique.
