Abstract

Ce rapport s'appuie sur une enquête de terrain qui permet de caractériser précisément la fréquentation individuelle et familiale de la forêt : origine des visiteurs, fréquence des visites, activités en forêt, nuisances et aménités. Les tableaux réunis dans le rapport constituent la synthèse du dépouillement de l'enquête. Bien que ce ne soit pas l'objet principal de ce travail, on a aussi tenté d'évaluer la fréquentation de la forêt de Rennes sur l'ensemble de l'année. Il faut ajouter à la fréquentation individuelle ou familiale analysée dans ce rapport une fréquentation collective (sorties à cheval, en VTT, randonnées pédestres...). On aboutit alors à une fréquentation totale supérieure à 300 000 visites par an, probablement de l'ordre de 330 000 : 3/4 relevant d'une fréquentation individuelle ou familiale, le 1/4 restant d'une fréquentation collective.
