Abstract

Le présent rapport analyse le marché mondial et méditerranéen des agrumes frais avec une attention particulière accordée à la filière orange (l'une des filières sélectionnées dans le WP4). A travers cette note, nous montrons le poids des différents pays dans la production et les échanges d'agrumes au niveau mondial et euro-méditerranéen, ainsi que l'état de la consommation (orange et de petits fruits) dans cette région. Nous nous intéressons également à la place occupée par les filières sud-méditerranéennes dans les échanges d'agrumes au sein de l'UE. L'objectif ici est de dresser un état des lieux des échanges d'agrumes et d'orange en particulier entre les pays partenaires méditerranéens (PPM) et les pays de l'UE. Les principaux résultats de ce travail nous permettront de cerner les problématiques en présence concernant le développement des filières sud-méditerranéennes d'agrumes et d'orange en particulier.
