Abstract

The goal of the Virtual Research Environment Workshop (VRE) is to motivate the need to open virtual research environments and make them interoperable to improve access to scientific and technical resources in terms of data, algorithmic codes, process / chain of treatment, modeling, analysis, information visualization, search by data and more broadly support for the research activity. This workshop follows two national training courses CNRS / INRA on the Semantic Web (APSEM 2018 and 2019) bringing together participants belonging in particular to very large research infrastructures, such as REX (Inria), Pangeo (CNES), Data Terra (MESRI) and the national biodiversity cluster (PNDB).
