Abstract

Le projet TERUNIC propose une méthode de prospective partagée et régionalisée sur l'autonomie protéique du secteur de l'élevage en Bretagne et Pays de la Loire. Ce fascicule présente la démarche de construction des scénarios et les hypothèses sur lesquelles elle s'appuie ainsi que les scénarios qui ont été construits. Trois scénarios contrastés d'évolution de l'« Autonomie protéique » à l'horizon 2040 sont proposés.
