Le marché unique européen : force de divergences économiques et moteur des populismes

Abstract

L'émergence de forces populistes en Europe ne peut être analysée séparément des dynamiques économiques européennes. Or, depuis l'Acte unique et la mise en oeuvre du régime des quatre libertés, on constate un renforcement de la divergence intra-européenne qui a pour conséquence de renforcer l'impuissance politique et d'affaiblir la solidarité intra-européenne. Les populismes européens sont un symptôme de cette impuissance politique.
