Les Réseaux Thématiques SOCRATES : un outil de mobilisation collective et de réflexion prospective pour I'Enseignement Supérieur

Abstract

Un an et demi après la mise en place des premiers Réseaux Thématiques, la Commission Européenne a souhaité faire un bilan d'étape de cette action afin d'améliorer la lisibilité de son programme, de stimuler de nouvelles initiatives, d'encourager la participation des établissements d'enseignement et de mobiliser l'intérêt des autorités locales, nationales et européennes. Cette étude n'avait pas pour objectif de procéder à une évaluation du programme et des projets financés, mais visait à rendre compte de la diversité et de la richesse potentielle des Réseaux Thématiques. Elle repose sur une analyse des rapports de la première année d'activités (96/97) des 27 Réseaux de première génération (agréés en 1996) et des rapports intermédiaires 97/98 des Réseaux de première et seconde (7, agréés en 1997) générations. Elle porte, au total, sur les 34 Réseaux actuellement en fonctionnement.
