Abstract

Cette étude sur les principales caractéristiques physiques des producteurs de céréales en 1985 et sur leur évolution entre 1983 et 1985 est réalisée sur la base des résultats des enquêtes sur la structure des exploitations agricoles en 1983 et 1985. Cette enquête, effectuée tous les 2 ans par le SCEES, est une enquête par sondage sur un échantillon moyen de 50 000 exploitations représentatives au niveau départemental des groupes d'orientation technico-économiques et des classes de marge brute standard. Le taux moyen de sondage est de l'ordre du 1/20ème, variant de 1/13 à 1/38 selon l'importance du nombre d'exploitations présentes au RGA 19?9-1980.
