Abstract

Cette deuxième édition de l'étude « Les salariés français à l'ère de la transformation digitale » repose sur trois enquêtes :- Une enquête qualitative conduite auprès de 50 salariés et managers de tous secteurs, de toutes professions et de toutes tailles d'entreprise. Elle s'est déroulée de février 2018 à mars 2019. Cette enquête a permis de préparer les deux enquêtes quantitatives, dans un premier temps (février à juin 2018), et de compléter les analyses issues de ces deux mêmes enquêtes quantitatives dans un deuxième temps (septembre 2018 à mars 2019). - Une enquête quantitative conduite auprès d'un échantillon représentatif de 1004 salariés français, administrée en juillet 2018, par OpinionWay.- Une enquête quantitative conduite auprès d'un échantillon de 100 décideurs dans des entreprises, de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs, localisées en Île de France (PDG, DG, DAF ou DRH), administrée en juillet 2018, par Bilendi.Certaines questions des deux enquêtes quantitatives ont été posées aux salariés et aux décideurs. Cela permet d'offrir, sur certains points, un regard croisé salariés / décideurs dans la suite de ce document.
