Abstract

Les résultats qui suivent ont été obtenus par la mise en rapport de l'enquête foncière 1980 avec les données d'endettement du Crédit Agricole. L'encours foncier dans les Côtes-du-Nord représente environ le quart de l'encours des agriculteurs auprès présenté comme un obstacle à l'investissement productif. Cette enquête permet d'analyser avec précision la situation des exploitations qui en ont bénéficié.
