Abstract

Après une description des éléments de détermination des prix mondiaux des principaux produits agricoles, sont analysées au travers de nombreux tableaux statistiques et graphiques, les principales caractéristiques du marché mondial du blé, du marché mondial de la viande bovine, ainsi que celui des produits laitiers. Les données statistiques sont accompagnées de tableaux comparatifs des principales mesures de politique économique concernant les différents produits. Une analyse des sources de séries statistiques complète l'étude.
