Abstract

Ce rapport d'étude décrit la classification des routes en RFA et le traitement des appels d'urgence sur autoroutes et sur routes, qu'ils proviennent de Réseaux d'appels d'urgence ou de la téléphonie mobile, l'organisation des moyens d'intervention . Un chapitre est consacré à I'ADAC, automobile-club allemand, qui occupe une place importante dans le traitement des appels
