Abstract

L'étude a été réalisée par l'agence de développement et d'urbanisme de l'agglomération strasbourgeoise pour le CERTU dans le cadre du Programme « Interface Urbanisme-Déplacements », commandé par le Ministère de l'Equipement, afin d‘alimenter le thème 4 de ce programme « Impacts des mesures des plans de déplacements urbains sur les activités économiques ».Après une présentation de l'agglomération strasbourgeoise et de son évolution durant cette dernière décennie, l'étude porte sur l'évolution de l'appareil commercial avant et après la mise en service des lignes de tramway.L'accent est mis sur l'offre commerciale de l'hypercentre et de ses transformations tant en surface, en nombre d'établissements qu'en secteurs d'activité. L'approche qualitative et quantitative permet de préciser la nature et l'importance des mutations en œuvre.Les dires de plusieurs acteurs, interrogés à cette occasion, complètent les résultats observés sur le terrain et par diverses sources.
