Information multimodale en Haute-Normandie : état des lieux

Abstract

Toutes les Autorités Organisatrices des Transports commencent à s'impliquer et à comprendre l'importance de mettre en place des systèmes d'information multimodale alors que ceci est inscrit dans la loi SRU depuis 2001.On peut retenir que la plupart des réseaux dispose de systèmes d'informations aux usagers (plus ou moins efficace et innovant). Malgré tout, on remarque une hétérogénéité entre les réseaux :- Disparité dans les moyens de communication (tous les réseaux ne disposent pas de site Internet dédié – ceci quelque soit la taille de l'agglomération) ;- Disparité dans les informations fournies. Les informations essentielles (horaires, plans, tarifs) sont généralement disponibles dans les réseaux urbains et les TER mais les réseaux interurbains sont à la traîne ;Les « plus petits » réseaux ne sont pas forcément les plus mal lotis : le calcul d'itinéraire existe pour l'agglomération d'Elbeuf.Les initiatives les plus avancées et les plus intéressantes concernent :- Le département de la Seine-Maritime qui souhaite mettre en place à la halte routière de Rouen un système d'information lumineuse ;- L'agglomération du Havre (téléphone portable et bornes d'information) souhaiterait associer les informations trafic ;On constate que la démarche de « communiquer » aux usagers de manière conjointe entre Autorité Organisatrice des transports collectifs (région, Département, AOTU) commence à rentrer dans les mœurs des AOT. Par contre, on constate peu d'initiative pour associer les transports collectifs et la route (excepté le Havre).
