Abstract

Dans un premier temps, s'appuyant sur les résultats d'un certain nombre d'études de suivi des effets des T.C.S.P. sur l'urbanisme réalisées en France, le document présente une synthèse des impacts urbains des projets de T.C.S .P., en insistant notamment sur l'importance de l'accompagnement du projet par les acteurs locaux pour valoriser l'investissement T .C.S .P. réalisé.Dans un deuxième temps, pour les agglomérations françaises ayant été retenues dans le cadre de cette analyse bibliographique, le document présente des fiches de synthèse par agglomération des études de suivi des effets des T .C.S.P. sur l'urbanisme réalisées. Ces fiches comprennent pour chaque agglomération : le contexte du projet T .C.S.P., les objectifs initiaux relatifs à l'urbanisme, la méthodologie employée et les principaux résultats.
