Abstract

En réponse à la question des effets structurants, ou d'impact sur la dynamique urbaine, de la ligne D du métro à Lyon, l'étude apporte les éclairages suivants : Malgré la crise de l'immobilier qui a touché l'agglomération lyonnaise de 1991 à 1997, le corridor du métro reste un des secteurs les plus dynamiques de l'agglomération Les effets de cette dynamisation et de cette valorisation sont en définitive limités au secteurs desservis de l'hypercentre et de la première couronne. Le rééquilibrage des quartiers périphériques n'est effectif qu'en termes de mobilité (désenclavement et mobilité accrue des populations). Un renforcement du poids de la centralité urbaine sur le plan commercial se constate. Un développement excessif de certains produits s'observe, comme les petits logements et le logement étudiant.
