Abstract

La validation, en 2003, du Schéma Directeur de l'Information Géographique, puis sa diffusion dans les services déconcentrés, nécessite pour ses derniers, une appropriation du document et des conséquences à en tirer sur la modernisation de leur organisation en matière d'Information Géographique.L'exemple du CETE Nord Picardie, par sa démarche d'analyse de l'existant quant aux acteurs, à l'organisation du CETE, aux données disponibles et nécessaires, aux outils, à la formation et aux partenariats diagnostique précisément l'ensemble des volets du SDIG.Ce bilan couplé avec une analyse du « marché » de l'Information Géographique à l'échelle du CETE permet d'en extraire une véritable stratégie globale du CETE basée sur la communication et l'information autour des compétences (diagramme des compétences), mais aussi de mettre en perspective l'évolution des missions.Ce rapport pourra donc servir de structure méthodologique pour la mise en œuvre locale du SDIG pour les autres services déconcentrés du Ministère.
