Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser dans quelle mesure le projet Mac Sharry de réforme de la PAC de juillet 1991 est une solution aux problèmes économiques, actuels et futurs, de la politique agricole de la communauté. Son acceptabilité sur un plan politique est également discutée. Le projet est enfin replacé dans le cadre des négociations du GATT sur le dossier agricole. Face à la pression internationale, qui s'ajoute aux déséquilibres internes communautaires, la PAC est condamnée à une réponse.
