L'Afrique dans le marché mondial des huiles

Abstract

Dans cette présentation générale, malgré les incertitudes statistiques, l'auteur a essayé d'apporter un certain nombre d'informations et données globales sur la position de l'Afrique dans le marché mondial des corps gras en terme de production, de consommation et d'échanges, sachant que des analyses plus détaillées seront apportées dans les autres articles sur les principaux produits, et les principaux pays. Après une analyse de la situation actuelle globale du continent africain, la situation des trois principales zones, l'Afrique du Nord, l'Afrique du Sud et l'Afrique sub-saharienne est plus particulièrement étudiée. Les grandes caractéristiques de l'évolution du marché des huiles au cours des trente dernières années sont détaillées.
