Abstract

A partir des différentes sources statistiques disponibles, provenant d'organismes publics ou professionnels, les auteurs s'efforcent de reconstituer la désagrégation des consommations intermédiaires de différentes sous-branches. Le travail a porté en particulier sur le secteur de l'alimentation animale pour lequel on ne dispose d'aucune enquête directe permettant d'affecter par grandes catégories animales (porcs, volailles, vaches laitières, autres bovins, autres animaux) les consommations des principales matières premières (céréales, autres cultures, lait, fromages,...). Les premières estimations sont destinées à être incorporées dans la matrice de comptabilité sociale qui constitue la base des simulations qui seront réalisées avec le modèle MEGAAF.
