Abstract

Ce document est une contribution au débat ouvert par le Comité économique et social de Bretagne sur les perspectives à moyen terme de l'agriculture et du secteur agroalimentaire dans la région. Il prend appui sur les réflexions issues de la recherche scenarios pour l'agriculture bretonne tout en s'élargissant à d'autres études et en adoptant une démarche plus opérationnelle. Après un premier chapitre consacré au bilan du développement agricole breton et à la manière dont il est perçu par ceux qui l'ont vécu, le rapport s'articule autour de cinq grands thèmes: dermographie et structures, progrès techniques et systèmes de production, avenir des productions régionales, problèmes de financement, industries agroalimentaires. Une conclusion-synthèse insiste sur quelques uns des problèmes déterminants qui appellent une attention prioritaire de la part des responsables professionnels et politiques.
