Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de montrer dans une première partie que la PAC s'est déjà adaptée de façon substantielle à son nouvel environnement au cours des dernières années, mais aussi que certaines questions de fond restent pendantes et enfin que le caractère supranational de la PAC et son histoire rendent la marge de manœuvre étroite. La deuxième partie est consacrée aux attentes et au rôle de la France au sein de la PAC. Nous soutenons la thèse que notre pays n'a pas réellement joué la carte de ses avantages comparatifs lors des débuts de l'Europe Verte.
