Le Ministère de l'Agriculture et de la Forêt, souhaitant situer dans son contexte européen la question des difficultés financières rencontrées par les agriculteurs français, z confié à l'Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique une étude exploratoire visant à une analyse comparée du problème dans divers pays de la CEE;
