Abstract

Après avoir replacé la réforme et les négociations du GATT dans le contexte mondial de l'agriculture et des politiques agricoles, les auteurs examinent le rôle possible du GATT dans la définition des politiques agricoles nationales. Les conséquences probables de la réforme de la PAC au niveau agrégé et sa compatibilité avec le pré-accord de Blair House sont présentées. En conclusion, les différentes perspectives qui s'offrent aux agricultures européenne et française, ainsi que pour l'agrofourniture, sont détaillées.
