Abstract

L'objectif de l'étude CLAC-LUC (Crop-Livestock LAnd Competition: Land Use Change and greenhouse gas emissions) est d'étudier la concurrence pour la terre entre grandes cultures et élevage avec le modèle MATSIM-LUCA. Pour atteindre cet objectif, le modèle MATSIMLUCA, initialement centré sur les grandes cultures, doit être étendu aux secteurs de l'élevage et aux marchés des produits animaux. Cette extension du modèle pose de nombreux défis notamment en termes de collecte de données et de mise en cohérence entre les différentes sources. Ce rapport décrit en détails la construction de la base de données pour les secteurs de l'élevage et les marchés des produits animaux. Les hypothèses adoptées, les calculs et les résultats sont présentés. Il est à noter que ce rapport ne couvre pas l'ensemble de la base de données du modèle MATSIM-LUCA mais s'intéresse aux seules données liées à l'élevage. Les données correspondant à la version antérieure du modèle, centrée sur les grandes cultures, sont succinctement décrites dans le rapport sur le modèle rédigé dans le cadre de cette même étude (Rapport final CLAC-LUC : « Intégration de l'élevage dans le modèle MATSIM-LUCA », Février 2017).
