Abstract

Cet article propose d'analyser l'électromobilité, et d'en poser les bases scientifiques et économiques à la lumière des moyens et outils numériques qu'offre Internet en ce début de XXI e siècle. Les enjeux sont exposés sous les exigences de la mobilité, du développement durable et conduisent à des recommandations pratiques et stratégiques pour les constructeurs automobiles, pour les collectivités publiques et pour tous les citoyens. La libre mobilité reste une composante de la démocratie et donc participe à son renouvellement dans une société irréversiblement bouleversée par le numérique et par les impacts environnementaux de l'activité humaine.
