Abstract

L'analyse des transferts volontaires ne permet pas de fournir une construction théorique satisfaisante. En définitive, le modèle aboutit à la nécessité d'un Etat coordinateur de la charité (les transferts volontaires) alors que son fondement est individualiste. Face à ces difficultés, Cazenaves et Morisson (1978) tentent de construire un modèle individualiste fondé sur des transferts forcés. Comment dans un cadre individualiste peut-on modéliser des transferts obligatoires?
