L’évaluation de l’impact des technologies des systèmes d’information sur les performances des entreprises

Abstract

Dans le but d'évaluer la rentabilité du système d'information, il est nécessaire de mesurer les divers gains qu'il génère. Tout d'abord nous pouvons évoquer la baisse des coûts des services existants et ce à différents niveaux de traitements devant être effectués. Nous pouvons également mentionner le fait qu'au-delà des utilisations fonctionnelles, le bon développement des systèmes d'information permet à toute entreprise d'accumuler l'expertise du traitement des données et/ou des informations dont elle dispose et sur laquelle elle se base pour toute démarche organisationnelle aussi bien d'un point de vue interne qu'au niveau externe face aux tiers (données des partenaires, données des fournisseurs, informations sur les clients, études et statistiques….). Force est de constater que l'ensemble des apports du système d'information reste large et donc flou ce qui engendre à ce niveau une problématique de mesure du gain et de l'efficacité apportés. La question de la valeur et du gain des systèmes d'information nous amène à orienter notre étude sur la relation à définir entre l'investissement des technologies et systèmes d'information et la performance résultante pour l'entreprise.
