Abstract

Au même titre que pour les autres fournisseurs européens des services de la Navigation Aérienne, le fonctionnement de la DNA est désormais fréquemment analysé en termes d'efficacité. Cette tendance lourde est perceptible en interne au sein de la DGAC, auprès de nos partenaires nationaux en matière de circulation aérienne (compagnies aériennes et autres utilisateurs), et également auprès des institutions européennes (Commission Européenne, Eurocontrol, PRC, PRU). Le CENA et le LEEA (Laboratoire d'Économie et d'Économétrie de l'Aérien, commun à l'ENAC et au CENA) ont eu récemment à se pencher sur cette question au travers d'études et de travaux de recherche. Cette note a pour objet de présenter succinctement mais de façon accessible aux non-spécialistes les résultats actuels de ces travaux.
