Abstract

Le choc démographique des baby boomers, l'allongement de la durée de la vie et le vieillissement de la population imposent d'engager aujourd'hui des politiques dont les effets futurs garantiront la soutenabilité des comptes sociaux et en particulier ceux des systèmes de retraites. Le système de retraite par répartition peut s'ajuster à chaque période par les taux de cotisation ou par le ratio de remplacement et d'autres leviers comme le recul de l'âge de la retraite ou la hausse des taux d'activité, spécialement aux âges extrêmes de la vie active (...).
