Abstract

En décembre 2010, l'équipe d'évaluation avait remis un rapport intermédiaire, qui présentait en détail la méthodologie retenue, les premiers résultats du suivi des stagiaires ainsi que les premiers résultats du suivi des organismes de formation. Le présent document complète le rapport intermédiaire en se focalisant essentiellement sur les évolutions observées entre 2009-2010, d'une part, et l'année 2011, d'autre part, tant du côté des stagiaires que du système des acteurs impliqués. Il est structuré en trois parties : i) Résultats sur le suivi des stagiaires du SPRF, ii) Analyse de la gouvernance du SPRF et iii) Analyse du modèle économique.
