Abstract

Ce cahier de recherche est composé de quatre contributions qui reflètent des recherches actuelles des membres de l'équipe pédagogique de la spécialisation Médias, Art et Création d'HEC Paris. Tous les secteurs de la création (cinéma, médias, spectacle vivant, édition, musique, marché de l'art et patrimoine) sont fortement touchés par la dématérialisation des contenus et de leur diffusion. Les modèles économiques doivent être repensés, le marketing devient participatif, le cadre juridique se contractualise et les structures des organisations évoluent. Les travaux publiés dans ce cahier abordent plusieurs conséquences de la dématérialisation tant au niveau du processus de création et de l'existence d'un public virtuel, que de son cadre juridique et organisationnel.
