Abstract

Cette Etude a été menée par le Club Finance Internationale d'HEC avec le parrainage de l'A.F.C.B, d'IBM Global Consulting et du Groupe Mazars. Ses objectifs ont été de : - Proposer un outil de management de la création de valeur moyen et long terme par une meilleure gestion du capital immatériel de l'entreprise - Aider les entreprises à utiliser cet outil et ses résultats internes dans le cadre de la communication financière, afin de convaincre l'actionnaire de la réelle valeur de l'entreprise et donc de rapprocher le cours de l'action de sa valeur intrinséque. Elle comporte quatre parties : - Création de valeur et capital immatériel : deux perspectives étroitement liées - Une cartographie du capital immatériel dans le secteur bancaire - Une démarche interne de valorisation du capital immatériel - L'importance croissante de l'information financière sur le capital immatériel
