Abstract

Présentation de modèles implicites de l'organisation : la vision fonctionnaliste américaine et la vision personnaliste française. A partir d'une conversation à bâtons rompus entre un consultant américain spécialiste d'Organisation Development (OD) et un psychosociologue français qui illustre le malentendu interculturel, les auteurs montrent à quelles visions différentes du changement organisationnel ces propos renvoient. En s'appuyant sur les travaux de recherches et écrits des spécialistes des deux côtés de l'Atlantique, ils tentent de synthétiser et distinguer ces deux visions du changement et de l'intervention.
