Abstract

C'est depuis l'apparition de la grande organisation comme phénomène social suffisamment important que se pose la question de la construction d'un champ de savoir spécifique, celui des sciences des organisations, la grande entreprise en étant la manifestation concrète majeure. C'est l'action organisée dans cet endroit spécifique qui en constitue aussi le matériau empirique et conceptuel et l'enjeu de la création de savoir qui lui est inhérent pose la question épistémologique de l'équilibre à trouver entre « rigueur », « pertinence » et « impact », le positionnement de la création de savoir sur chacun de ces extrêmes conduisant à des savoirs différents.
