Abstract

This document is a contribution to the debriefing process that ought to be launched, internationally, on the 2009 "phoney flu" pandemic. The initial section provides some keys to the understanding of the context of this crisis. The second section is a day-by-day follow up of questions and proposals put forward by the author during this episode.
