Abstract

The nature of major crises has dramatically evolved over the past few years. This calls for an urgent audit of our crisis management capacities and for decisive breakthroughs in leadership. This contribution aims to: 1°) Clarify the complex and unstable context in which crises develop: disasters, crisistriggering events, systemic crises, global meltdowns. 2°) Outline pathways to enable such audits and innovative approaches to be launched without delay.
