Abstract

Cet article traite du mode de conduite du changement technologique. Il s'agit d'étudier la mise en place d'un dispositif RFID sur des biens assemblés en usine puis distribués par les transporteurs. A chacune des étapes, de nombreux acteurs interviennent dans ce nouveau processus et peuvent faciliter et accélérer sa mise en place ou au contraire la retarder, voire le modifier localement. Nous traitons donc de l'importance du processus d'appropriation d'un changement technologique par l'ensemble des acteurs concernés.
