Abstract

La théorie standard de l'inflation en fait un phénomène global qui ne peut durer et s'amplifier qu'en raison d'une boucle prix-salaires expression d'un conflit fondamental entre le capital et le travail. Sans vouloir nier cette dimension du problème nous entendons montrer que l'inflation a aussi une dimension structurelle qui rend le conflit de répartition plus complexe à analyser et qui requiert une politique de lutte contre l'inflation qui ne se réduit pas à la politique monétaire. L'enjeu est d'empêcher l'économie de basculer d'un régime de basse inflation à un régime de forte inflation, d'une inflation structurelle à une inflation globale qui serait hors de contrôle.
