Third, this is precisely one of the major results derived from Régulation approaches of growth regime. On one side, one observes a significant diversity of institutional configurations, on the other side, the very success of a growth regime triggers its destabilization, therefore the erosion of previous regularities. Thus, the variety of social ties and the specificity of historical time do challenge the very concept of law in economics.
