Abstract

La persistance de taux élevés de chômage conjuguée à une pénurie de compétences dans de nombreux domaines, appellent de nouvelles approches, un nouveau regard sur le salarié et sur l'entreprise et leurs projets respectifs, pour traiter le non-emploi en situation de crise, mais surtout pour le prévenir. Tel est l'objet de cet ouvrage. Dans une première partie, P. Gilbert détaille la gestion de l'emploi et le développement des ressources humaines dans l'entreprise, la notion de compétences, l'appréciation individuelle et la détection des compétences, la mobilité personnelle. La seconde, rédigée par R. Thionville, traite de l'évaluation des compétences: l'étude d'un travail, la méthode des tests, l'entretien-outil d'évaluation. La troisième partie présente des cas.
