Abstract

How has the apprenticeship landscape changed since the Law of 2018 profoundly transformed its framework? A Céreq study conducted in 2023 shows that whilst the quantitative objective has undoubtedly been achieved, it is largely due to the involvement of new players in the apprenticeship field. This Céreq Bref provides a portrait of these new features involved in apprenticeship training, whether in terms of the courses on offer, the CFAs (training centres) and companies signing contracts, or the profile of young apprentices. It also looks at the new vulnerabilities and tensions affecting apprenticeship training.
